5 rooms, individually furnished with antique elements combined with modern design without sacrificing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. With its large two-level garden and swimming pool with breathtaking views, La Petraia is a magical place to experience the heart of Chianti.

Services included:

• Daily light cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms with change of towels if desired
• Light cleaning of the living room and kitchen, no dishwashing. It usually takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., but can be arranged individually with the guests.
• Every extra hour will be charged as extra cleaning service
• Once a week full cleaning and change of linen and towels
• Use of the professional kitchen
• Heated outdoor swimming-pool up to 25°C and solarium from mid – April to the end of September, weather permitting
• Chef’s Barbecue and a Wood-burning oven
• Bathroom amenities, bathrobe and slippers
• Use of the laundry room with washing machine & dryer
• Parking behind the villa
